To provide quality education and basic social welfare services that will foster diversity between South Sudanese communities in North America as well as in South Sudan.


Otuho (also known as Lotuko) are from Eastern Equatoria, an area in South Sudan. The Otuho-speaking people are bordered by the Lokoro in the North, Bari on the West,the Acholi and the Madi in the South, the the Didinga and the Boya in the East. Read More


  • We Identify community needs, concerns and challenges.
  • We encourage and support small Otuho speakers in North America and South Sudan who aspire to establish cooperative shops.
  • We educate our youth and other communities about our Otuho-speaking culture.
  • We provide cultural sensitive consultancy to nongovernmental organizations (NGO’s) that would like to operate in South Sudan.
  • We coordinate and facilitate financial support activities for our community members who request that their deceased family member be sent back home to obtain a proper Otuho traditional burial.
